Snaps and routes = the roleTPRR and YPRR = what he does with itBacks sorted by rush share, receivers by route share

How to read it

Role first

Snap share says he was on the field. Route share says he was on the field for pass plays, which is what turns into targets. A rookie whose route share climbs week over week is earning the job before the box score shows it.

Then efficiency

TPRR is targets per route run, the cleanest sign the quarterback looks his way. YPRR is yards per route run. First downs per route, or per target until route data lands, is how often a play through him moved the chains. ADOT is how deep his targets travel.

Where the numbers come from

Box score, snap counts and play by play from nflverse; route participation, targets per route and yards per route from HeatRadar (heatradar.app); drops and yards after contact from Pro Football Reference where they charted the player. There is no PFF grade here because that is a paid product and we do not make one up.

The waiver link

ESPN ownership and our waiver call sit on each row, so a rookie whose role is growing while nobody owns him is one click from the waiver page.
